When Alex T and Alan Bahr announced that Under Ashen Skies would be designated under Creative Commons, I hopped over to DriveThru to download the files. Immediately, I was captivated by the setting, even if the rules and mechanics clearly needed some work.
That was the beginning of my quest to one day publish a game in the already-crowded world of Solo TTRPGs. And I’m doing it right out there in the open—”showing my workings”, as it were…
