Was definitely put off Mork Borg the first time I looked at it because of the design choices, and in seeming incoherence of the layout (I don't always have enough time to read a normally laid out rpg, let alone one laid out like Mork Borg) so it was really good to hear that there's the pdf version online that might help.
Great walk through of the character set up, Paul. Looking forward to your playthrough.
Morg Borg definitely is dark, but it counters that with over the top antics that seem to smooth things out. It is a game that doesn’t take things too seriously. Enjoyed the overview of character creation.
I’ve watched a couple of Morg Borg actual plays and I always love the characters for how comically vile they can be, seems like the book makes this very possible!
Okay so… sounds like I have another game on my to-buy list. Goddammit.
Haha… sorry!

I can see why it would put some people off! But beneath the gloss and garish artwork is a game that can be distilled down to a single A4 page.
In fact, there’s a one-page version on the Mork Borg website!
This character reminds me of Sevro, my favorite character from the Red Rising series.

I love how the first weapon mentioned is a femur! And the graphic for the femur is bigger than anything else on the page, lol
That is really cool. Nothing like beating people up with a femur.

Oh yes, it can be hilarious at points!
Yeah, it’s so over-the-top that you can’t be offended or disgusted by it, even though it is pretty disgusting at times!
